Carlton Wellbeing Precinct - Bringing Better Together to life

 

 

Challenge- Create a strategic blueprint that differentiates customer service, requires a workforce culture change, implementation of a new evidence-based “model of care” and a new holistic brand iteration. 

 

Solution – In-depth market research supported the service development strategy. The unique customer value proposition centred around an evidence-based approach that gave genuine improvements to people’s lives, appealed to staff and consumers and established strong community relationships.

 

Results – The "evidence-based Better Together" care service model was recognised by HESTA  for national service excellence, reinforcing Company reputation & creating a differentiated customer value proposition, with positive consumer response to the first roll out - Rathdowne Place. The Better Together service model has since been implemented in further sites. Rathdowne Place is showcased as an aged care centre of excellence.
