My pedigree includes extensive national & international experience in senior marketing, product development, project, communications, advisory and stakeholder management roles in a diverse range of traditional customer-facing markets including, retirement living, aged care, major events, health & wellness, wool, sports licensing, themed entertainment & experiential retail environments and the evolving new world of digital economies. 

 

I marry my vast consumer experience working with major brands and events - Australian eChallenge, Australian Wool Innovation, Australian Unity, Masonic Homes, Woolmark, Australian Formula One Grand Prix & Sydney Olympics 2000, with my in-depth worldly experience, enquiring mind and can do attitude, to provide a truly unique customer-centric approach to crafting and implementing game-changing customer solutions.

 

Achievements

 

  • Applying quality systems to realise sustainable digital economies I designed and project managed the client delivery of a bespoke blockchain and crypto-currency advisory consultancy business, that has since partnered with the world's first licensed and regulated blockchain/crypto bank and developed the blueprint for a new breed of UN-backed, blockchain-powered Special Economic Zones

 

  • Concept development, project management and delivery implementation I developed, project-managed and mentored a collaboration between three        universities and the Australian wool industry that created low cost technology-based tools ready for commercialisation to improve the productivity & profitability of Australian wool producers

  • Bringing complex service projects to market I turned a proposed care service model concept into a research evidence-based, market ready, HESTA award-winning, commercially proven, customer value proposition; set to exceed business feasibility performance targets on two new aged care facilities 

 

  • Drove change process I used market research to inform an integrated retirement living, marketing, customer enquiry, CRM database, sales journey & support function approach to improve the customer experience and productivity. Qualified leads increased > 30% & customer purchase likelihood doubled
