Challenge – Bring tangible & positive change in a market where older consumers are overwhelmed by choice complexity & the white noise of generic information with no clear path for informed decision making on matters of wellbeing, retirement and aged care.
Solution - I conceived and developed an immersive consumer experience, comprising an interactive digital knowledge and referral platform and live events, to connect businesses & governments with qualified older consumers, people concerned about the current or future needs of loved ones and people planning their future.
The multi-faceted program leveraged content to also target and inform workers in the retirement and aged care industries of the customer journey. I partnered with industry specialists to create the NOW Accredition Standard , a completey new, continuous improvement and professional development business solution to improve measurable outcomes in workforce customer service capacity & capability and drive evidence-based, risk management strategies.
Results – I took the NOW program to market via prospectus, garnering positive market feedback consistently, however had insufficent capital to underwrite the extended timeframe required to secure viability.
